
Amy Saxton is an experienced non-profit professional, an artist, activist and public servant. With 25 years of leadership experience, she is a visionary strategist with deep skill sets in non-profit and project management, experiential education, customer service, group facilitation and marketing.
She has founded a custom artwork business, specializing in collage and wall murals. She has delivered organizational consulting and project management services and currently serves as Strategic & Community Planning Director for Clear Creek County Colorado, overseeing Planning & Building Services, leading the management of county Open Space lands and back country trails, advancing affordable housing and advocating for sustainable and harmonious multi-modal transportation approaches.
She is active in her community, having served as Co-Chair of her local political party and as VP of the Board of the Historical Society of Idaho Springs. She currently serves on the as a Director on the Board of the Clear Creek Metropolitan Recreation District.
